Refund policy

Emergency Diagnosis

The $89 fee pays for the diagnostic service, not for a repair result. A customer who decides not to accept a repair quote after receiving a completed diagnosis is not entitled to a refund solely for that reason.

When we refund

• We will refund the $89 if we decide before starting diagnostic work that the reported case is outside our scope.
• We will review a refund request if we do not provide the diagnostic service described at purchase, subject to the information and access made available.
• We do not charge a repair payment until the repair scope and price have been approved separately.

Email help@siterescuenow.com with your case ID, the email used at checkout and the reason for your request. We reply within the published coverage hours.
