How the credit works
If the fixed repair quote is $499, the $89 diagnosis payment is already counted. You would approve and pay the remaining $410 before we begin the repair.
What changes the repair price?
Price depends on the affected system, urgency, access available, the number of connected services and whether recovery or cleanup is required. We do not begin repair work until you have the scope and price in writing.
What is not included in the $89?
The diagnosis does not include repair work, third-party software licences, paid advertising spend, hosting invoices or domain renewals. Those are confirmed separately where relevant.
