What we collect

When you request a diagnosis, we collect your name, business name, business email, website address, the issue you report and follow-up case details. Stripe processes payment information directly; we do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

We use case information to provide the requested diagnosis and repair proposal, communicate about your case, protect the service from fraud and meet legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We retain case records only for as long as needed for support, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Access credentials should be temporary and are removed when no longer required.

Your choices

To ask about your information or make a privacy request, email help@siterescuenow.com. Do not include passwords or account-recovery codes in that email.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy terms. SiteRescueNow receives payment confirmation and the billing information Stripe makes available for the transaction.
